Mistri Packaging conducted an extremely thorough analysis of the Bottles/Jars Air Jet & Vacuum Cleaning operations of non-sterile items like Dry Syrup, Bulk Packing for Tablets & Capsules, etc. and discovered a way of cleaning each individual Bottle/Jar by Air Jet & Vacuum. Given the aforementioned information, a highly creative bottles/jars air jet & hoover cleaning device. SBAVC-60 is designed to enable straightforward and modular operation, with a maximum of eight washes for each individual bottle or jar.
Operation :
A scrambler feeds bottles while they are upright, and then they are fed again to feed worms. a place where things are always inverted. Through a chamber that is under negative pressure, the Bottles are fed one by one by a synchronised star wheel. The Bottle receives high-pressure airflow from a number of nozzles. Using an exhaust fan, dust is drawn into a dust collecting box.
The synchronised star wheel and feed worm are used to continue feeding the bottle. It is inverted once more, and after it has finished cleaning, it emerges upright and ready for use. Bottles are fed slowly and steadily by the turn table to the single track and two track feed worm, where they are mechanically reversed.
