Air Jet Washing Machine

A little device called the Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine integrated Unscramble is used to clean Dry Syrup pat bottles before filling them.

This machine operates on the back pressure of bottles that are fed into the separator assembly by the unscrambler. The separator assembly then transfers the bottles to a conveyor belt and pushes them one at a time into the cleaning section. Two inverters and one cleaning section make up the machine. The revolving separator will drive the bottle in the wrong way into the infeed inverter, where it will be forced to the cleaning area by the pressure of the other bottles.

An ongoing hoover system is available in the cleaning area. When the bottle reaches the cleaning area, a pair of nozzles begins to flush air down the bottle’s neck while simultaneously sucking up any airborne particles that have been disturbed. Following another inverter where the direction is changed to the right way, the bottle is then either moved to the filling machine or not.
